I visited this jewelry store recently to get my engagement ring resized, and the service was fantastic. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the resizing process to me. While I waited, I browsed their selection of other pieces and was genuinely impressed by the variety they offered, from elegant bracelets to more contemporary styles. One thing I think they could improve upon is having more seating for customers who are waiting for their services. I ended up standing for a bit longer than I would have liked.
